Nowotarska 26, 34-431 Waksmund, NIP: 7352864849, REGON: 363063114, email address: biuro@bramawgorce.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator", who is also the Service Provider.
    2. Personal data of the Service Recipient is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, known as GDPR.
    3. The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that the data collected is:
      1. processed in accordance with the law,
      2. collected for specified, lawful purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes,
      3. substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which it is processed, and stored in a form that allows identification of data subjects, no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.

    1. Personal data of Service Recipients, collected by the Administrator, is used for:

      2. The Administrator processes the following personal data of the Service Recipients:

      3. Personal data of users is processed on the basis of voluntary consent expressed by the User, as well as in cases where the law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data based on legal provisions or to execute an agreement between the parties.
      4. The website obtains personal data as part of providing the service, presenting an offer, and fulfilling agreements.
      5. The website bramawgorce.com can be browsed without providing personal details.
  3. BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING
    1. Using the website and entering into contracts for the provision of services electronically, which entails the necessity to provide personal data, is entirely voluntary. The person to whom the data pertains independently decides whether they wish to start using the services provided by the Service Provider.
    2. According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, known as GDPR, data processing is permissible if:
      1. the data subject has given their consent, unless it concerns the removal of their data,

Data processing will relate to the performance of a contract or the necessity of taking actions before the contract is concluded, upon the request of the data subject.
  4. RIGHT OF CONTROL, ACCESS TO DATA, AND CORRECTION
    1. The Administrator undertakes to protect and secure data obtained through the website and declares that personal data will not be sold or made available to third parties.
    2. The Service Recipient has the right to access their personal data and correct it.
    3. Every person who has provided personal data has the right to access their personal data, correct it, delete it, or limit its processing. They also have the right to object to further processing and, in the case of consent to data processing, to withdraw that consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent.

  5. "COOKIES" FILES
    1. The Service Provider's website uses "cookies". No changes to the settings of the User's browser is tantamount to agreeing to their use.
    2. The installation of "cookies" is necessary for the proper provision of services on the website. The "cookies" files contain information necessary for the proper functioning of the website, especially those requiring authorization.

    2. Subscription to the newsletter is voluntary and is based on the User's consent.
    3. The User has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data for sending the newsletter at any time by clicking the appropriate link contained in each email or by contacting the Administrator.
  7. FINAL PROVISIONS
    1. The Administrator uses technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processed personal data appropriate to the risks and the category of data covered by protection, in particular, securing the data against unauthorized access, taking by unauthorized persons, processing in violation of applicable regulations, and changing, losing, damaging, or destroying them.
    2. The Service Provider makes available appropriate technical means to prevent unauthorized persons from acquiring and modifying personal data sent electronically.
    3. Personal data may be stored by the Administrator throughout the period of their business operation or until the user requests the deletion of their data.
