The deer is one of the most impressive inhabitants of the Gorce forests – a symbol of strength, freedom and nature. At the Gateway to Gorce you have a unique opportunity to see these magnificent animals from truly up close.
Our deer enclosure is a perfect complement to the educational nature trail. Watching deer is not only a pleasure – it’s also a great learning opportunity. The enclosure has been designed to ensure the animals’ maximum comfort and peace, while giving visitors the chance for a genuine encounter with nature. Children (and not only!) can come really close and examine every detail from a safe distance.
It’s an excellent place to pause for a moment, listen to the rustle of leaves, and look into the eyes of the forest’s king.
